Mod. FEX

Mod. FEX is a two-stage direct-operated gas pressure regulator by Pietro Fiorentini with integrated slam shut for maximum downstream pressure and the option of slam shut for minimum downstream pressure and anti-reset system.

It can be used with previously filtered non-corrosive gases and is mainly used in the construction of low pressure natural gas distribution networks for residential users.

• Closing pressure class SG: 20
• Safety accuracy class AG: 10 min 2 mbar
• Design pressure: 8.6 bar
• Design temperature: from -20 °C to +60 °C, on request from -40 °C to +60 °C only for BP version
• Minimum differential pressure: 0.3 bar FEX50, 0.4 bar FEX75, 0.6 bar FEX100
• Outlet pressure range:
  • Wds from 13 to 99 mbar for BP, from 100 to 350 mbar for MP
  • Wdso from 32 to 159 mbar for BP, from 160 to 500 mbar for MP
  • Wdsu from 6 to 79 mbar for BP, from 80 to 250 mbar for MP
• Range of inlet pressure bpu: from 0.3 to 5 bar
